STEP 1: CONTACT REGIONAL APPLANCE

Contact Regional Appliance via phone, email or here, to find a time that suits both your busy schedule and our earliest availability. Alternatively, feel free to visit our Fairy Meadow workshop for any small appliances that can be diagnosed and repaired for an organised pick up shortly after.

Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a friendly reminder call.

STEP 2: REPAIR DIAGNOSED AND COMPLETED

Whether you are bringing your small appliance in, or need one of our technicians to visit you. A reasonable quote is offered. If you agree with our quote, we will have the necessary tools and spare parts to get you on your way. We will happily walk you through this process, and answer any questions you may have.

STEP 3: APPLIANCE GOOD TO GO

Once your appliance is fixed or replaced, you are good to go! Our trained technicians will advise what work has been completed and guide you through your payment options. Following this, an itemised invoice alongside receipt will be provided for your safekeeping.
